At Innovative, the Account Manager's role is to manage a portfolio of assigned clients, update and communicate with their account contacts on a regular basis, develop new business from existing commercial property owners, and actively seek new sales opportunities with commercial and industrial property owners through cold calling, door-to-door sales, events, and marketing.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive, upbeat attitude, be motivated, will have some knowledge of Real Estate and Business-to-Business sales, be a team player, be willing to help whenever it's needed, have a good work ethic and demonstrate that they can manage business clients and their portfolios.
