- Must have digital asset management experience; high preference. Able to work through the chaos of a digital asset management system and create a cohesive strategy for the team based on a successful roadmap.
- 70% of this job will be updating the product roadmap and user stories; 30% will be dealing with stakeholder management, helping establish trainings for digital assets (DAM).
Candidates must have experience owning" the roadmap, defining user stories, establishing traingings, and documentation. You must feel comfortable developing and determining this DAM strategy and working within a small but mighty team to ensure successful utilization.
Sitting in the Marketing Operations team; must have experience working within digital asset management and utilizing project management software to provide within an agile environment.
This team utilizes JIRA (not required, but definitely nice to have.)
Responsibilities
Administer the digital asset management system (e.g., user management, creating new fields, etc.).
Establish and maintain best practices in digital asset management.
Enable end users to find and operationalize content.
Work with other librarians to publish new content and archive expired content.
Manage metadata completeness and accuracy across all assets.
Contribute to the overall marketing taxonomy and metadata strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and the global marketing workflows analyst to streamline and automate as much of the content lifecycle management process as possible.
