Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will providedaily support to the unit leadership respond appropriatelytimely toresidentfamily needs within the LPN scope of practice

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN will use nursing processjudgment skills to set priorities necessary to deliver qualitydirect resident care make decisions promoting the safetyqualitydirect care to residents

Licensed PracticalNurse LPN will performadminister standard nursing treatments andormedications observes resident for desired or unwantedeffects

Communicate collaborate with appropriatemembers within the care team to reviseupdate the Nursing Care Planor any pertinent findings including labtest results incidents orconcerns

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN willmonitor document vitals treatments administered residentsresponses

Prepare organize oversee monitorevaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments activitiesconsidering the category of needs competency of personnel

Requirements

Graduate of an approvedschool of Nursing

Licensed currently registeredin good standing in New York as an LPN

Dedicatedto providing extraordinary clinically sound compassionatecare

Must possess a spirit of cooperation caringenthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitationoptimal resident health

Genuinely interested inhelping ill injured disabled elderly emotionally upset sometimeschallenging residents

Have excellentcommunication customer service organization skills

Work well under pressure willing to work harmoniously withall staff
