Catholic Health Home Care and Good Shepherd Hospice are excited to announce a transition to practice program for New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Residency Program is an exclusive opportunity for LPN graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX- PN.
Job Details
Catholic Health Home Care and Good Shepherd Hospice Offers LPN Residents :
6 month training program exposing new graduate LPNs to home care and hospice through a mix of educational curriculum and opportunities, supervised visits, and ongoing mentor / peer support
One on one training with WOCN specialist
Electronic charting using Epic
On call clinical education support
Requirements :
Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Scheduled or passed NCLEX- PN.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Home Health (Aide) experience a plus
