We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in assisting customers with their insurance policies, ensuring they receive the support and information they need.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining records accurately.
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support them in their tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to address their inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Assist customers with understanding their policies, making changes, and processing requests such as renewals, updates, and claims.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and to provide additional support as needed.
  • Provide support to the Office Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, share responsibilities, and contribute to positive team dynamic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • A positive and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Currently obtain or ability to obtain an Insurance License.
