Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant / Assistant Project Manager to support our executive team and assist with project planning and execution.

This role will handle a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination, and event planning / logistics.

Responsibilities :

  • Executive & Administrative Support :
  • Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and financial documents.
  • Answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Booking travel and accommodations for executives.
  • Filing and organizing corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Greeting visitors and managing correspondence (emails, faxes, etc.).
  • Handling bookkeeping tasks and managing office supplies.
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and materials for meetings.
  • Project & Event Management :
  • Assisting with project planning, coordination, and tracking progress.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Supporting event planning and logistics, including managing vendors, timelines, and budgets.
  • Researching information and preparing reports as needed.
  • Completing tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in project / event management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
