About The Position
Job Title : Emergency Room Nurse Job Specialty : Emergency Room Nurse Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Nights 7 PM - 7 AM Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : BLS, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Preferred Must-Have : - Experience with Meditech 6.
0 (Preferred)- Previous experience as a traveler (Strongly Preferred)- Flu vaccine (Required, no exceptions)- Willingness to take 24-hour call shifts- Ability to work with the 100-mile radius rule (travelers must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility) Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care in an emergency room setting.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.- Participate in mandatory holiday coverage.- Support the facility’s patient care and safety standards.
- Be available for call shifts and flexible to accommodate facility needs.- Adhere to all facility policies, including the 100-mile radius rule and limited days off requests (max 3 days per 13-week contract).
- Understand potential shift cancellations per contract terms.- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Additional Information : Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment without guaranteed hours being applicable.
