Be ready to join a fast-paced, ever-evolving IT company that is bringing on new customers and team members to continue strong growth into the future.     IT Stack Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Stack Administrator to oversee and manage our centralized IT toolset.

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation, integration, and documentation of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tools such as IT Glue, Huntress, SentinelOne, Avanan, and Axcient, and will play a key role in executing mergers of existing toolsets and collaborating with the Product Management team to evaluate and document new tools.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain centralized IT tools including : Documentation : IT Glue Security : Huntress, SentinelOne, Avanan Cloud Backups : Axcient Execute and oversee the merger and integration of existing toolsets such as IT Glue, SentinelOne, and Huntress.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to assess and evaluate new IT tools.
  • Document processes and procedures related to the implementation and use of new tools.
  • Ensure consistent and secure configuration across all tools.
  • Provide support and training to internal teams on tool usage and best practices.
  • Monitor tool performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Key Qualifications   Proven experience in IT administration and toolset management.
  • Familiarity with IT documentation, security, and backup tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
