Job Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst will serve as the intermediary between the Supply Chain Value Stream-clinical departments, vendors, the Purchasing Department, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable-and the ERP-Infor Cloudsuite.

The Analyst role has two distinct elements of concentration-analysis and production within the ERP on behalf of the Supply Chain Value Stream and building improvement routines within the Value Stream.

To be most effective, this team member will actively seek out waste in the process and be comfortable with experimentation, process improvement methodologies, and ERP operations.

This Analyst position will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will comprise of the Supply Chain Analyst team

Essential Functions :

  • Seek to document and optimize all aspects of the Supply Chain department by focusing on the interplay between DHHA' s ERP, Infor Cloudsuite, and its interaction between business owners, operators, and the users of that system (25%)
  • Identify and analyze areas of significant opportunity, within the Supply Chain Value Stream, to address significant opportunities in areas including Clinical Inventory Access, Purchasing, Vendor Set-ups, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable (15%)
  • Review, analyze, and report on Supply Chain data on behalf of departments, leadership, and improvement activities (10%)
  • Act as a Supply Chain subject matter expert in inventory set-ups and process impacts within the Item Master (10%)
  • Act as a Supply Chain subject matter expert in vendor and vendor set-ups and process impacts within the ERP (10%)
  • Act as a Supply Chain subject matter expert in EDI (GHX) set-ups and process (10%)
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects with a special focus on Item Master, Vendor, and ERM set-ups and updates (10%)
  • Act as the liaison between the Supply Chain Department and the ERP / IT teams related to Infor Cloudsuite, ERM technology, enhancements, and upgrades (10%)

Education :

Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience :

  • 1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst within Lawson or similar ERM within the Supply Chain Value Stream : Clinical Space, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, and / or Accounts Payable required AND
  • 1-3 years prior experience as a user or analyst of databases that required reporting, optimization, maintaining, and / or attribute or field set-ups required AND
  • 1-3 years prior experience in data collection, reporting, and / or analytics required AND
  • 1-3 years experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
  • 1-3 years significant experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain using tools of continuous improvement-standard work, observation, and root cause analysis AND
  • 1-3 years Candidates require strong data collection and analytics skills to identify trends, mitigate risks and improve product delivery AND
  • 1-3 years Prior work experience that included tools such as Kanban boards, Gemba walks, and A3 Problem Solving.

Licenses :

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • High-level understanding of the business relationships between all supply chain processes
  • Lean (Continuous Improvement) certification is not necessary though strongly preferred
  • Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred
  • Professional communication skills to communicate the technical aspects with business owners and the business process needs to technical support and vendors.
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed.
  • Working understanding of databases, ERP set-ups, and ERP maintenance required.
  • Prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite, MSCM, inventory management and reporting, and / or RFID suites strongly preferred.
