Special Education Teacher Job Description :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Provide instruction and support to students with various disabilities, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, other teachers, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment and ensure students' academic and social success.
- Assess student progress regularly, monitor their development, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.
