Job Summary :
We are looking for a residential painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional interior cabinet painting jobs in a residential setting.
You are an experienced residential painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers.
A positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities :
- Paint using a proper applicator (paint sprayer) while utilizing proper painting techniques
- Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed
- Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
- Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
- Inspect paint jobs for quality
- Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
- communicate with management daily

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in residential (airless) painting and / or remodeling / home repair (install molding, light carpentry experience)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pass background check
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
- Ability to use smart phone daily
