Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Home Health & Virtual Telehealth

Portland, OR (East or West)

A Portland telehealth / home health organization needs additional, experienced NP's to care for patients in EITHER the west portion or the east portion of Portland.

• Permanent Position, can be W2 with benefits OR 1099 if preferred
• Full-time hours, day shift
• Annual BASE salary of $130,000 to $150,000 WITH profit sharing
• Annual compensation as high as $220,000
• 1st year anticipated (growth) total compensation would be $180,000

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current license as a NP in the State of Oregon
• Home health OR mobile clinic experience greatly preferred
