Job Description

Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule

Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met

Ability to predict and overcome project challenges

Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers

Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work

Maintain OSHA requirements

Mentor less experienced construction professionals

Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors

Utilize Procore

Travel required

The Successful Applicant

Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience

QSR, Retail and Gas station or similar type projects highly preferred!

Wanting 50% or more Travel

Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus

Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors

Ability to create strong relationships with clients

What's on Offer

Travel Package / Per Diem - $800-$900 / month

Allowances - company vehicle + $100 / month Phone allowance
