About the Role :

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position serves as the primary point person for deliverables for internal teams as well as with clients for tactical delivery and account status. The Campaign Manager plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Maintains direct accountability for the overall success of client campaigns and projects within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for their assigned portfolio.

Manage and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver against the Statement of Work (SOW).

Play a key role in managing the client relationship, work closely on a daily basis to ensure project progress with a focus on quality and efficiency, and maintain constant open communication.

Identify risks / issues and escalate to the necessary and appropriate team members and stakeholders.

Track and review individual and campaign team utilization and revise forecasted hours throughout the duration of the campaign, journey project, etc.

Facilitate onsite and remote meetings including technical discovery meetings, requirements review, regularly cadenced status meetings, and other meetings as required.

Use proactive communication to support client escalation resolution working with ListEngage leadership as necessary.

Collaborate with project, leadership, and sales teams to bring the full expertise and capabilities of ListEngage to projects ensuring the appropriate subject matter experts are aligned to client needs.

Facilitate communication between client and project teams to ensure the ListEngage project team is aligned on client goals, requirements, action items, due dates, and risks.

Work with clients to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach to ensure that internal teams are aligned on all client deliverables.

Work directly with clients to build journeys to meet their specific business needs.

Education & Experience Requirements :

2+ years’ experience in client services / account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client side marketing department

Preferred : 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or like platform

Experience with campaign management of large, complex email initiatives

Experience with data management (i.e. creating segments, queries and manipulating lists)

Ability to work during normal US business hours

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Demonstrated knowledge and experience actively working with customers and solutions engineering teams to deliver valuable platform solutions for customers (experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

Knowledge of online and offline creative development and production, Digital Marketing, Multichannel / Integrated Marketing, and database marketing

Excellent presentation, analytical, consultative, and communication skills

Positive, customer-centric attitude

Proactive team player

Ability to successfully give compelling sales presentations and facilitate workshops to C-Suite executives

Ability to work in the United States
