This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency in U.S. Space Force. As a change management consultant, you’ll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop a communications plan, training, or a change strategy.

From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on your client’s mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

This position will require travel of up to 25% of the time.

You Have :

Experience with supporting organizational design, change management, or process improvement efforts for the DoD

Experience with leading and managing teams

Knowledge of the space domain current and emerging te chn ologies , including remote sensing, warfighting architecture

Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force and Sister Service Space organizations

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have :

Experience at a major consulting firm or with a defense contractor

Experience with serving as a contract support for the Space Force, Air Force, or USSPACECOM

TS / SCI clearance

Master's degree

Organizational Design, Change Management, or Process Improvement Certification

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;

Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
