o 2nd Shift : 6% added to an hourly wage

What will you do?
In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs to industrial equipment and assist in mechanical repairs throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities : .
- Understand and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, safety procedures, and company safety policies.
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment; inspecting and replacing drives, motors, belts, etc.
- Diagnose mechanical problems. Determine & execute effective and efficient corrective repair actions, using blueprints, repair manuals, parts catalogs, etc.
as appropriate for various situations.
- Dismantle, Assemble and Repair machines and equipment using tools such as precision measuring instruments electrical or electronic testing devices, etc.
- Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.
- Examine work orders and converse with equipment operators to detect and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Coordinate efforts with other workers involved in installing or maintaining equipment or components.
- Maintain equipment logs and inventory of spare parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Schedule : 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 3 : 00PM-12 : 30AM

Key Competencies :
- Three plus years of previous related experience required.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic presses and CNC machines.
- Work scheduled hours with overtime as required.
- Work independently or share work with others to perform equipment maintenance tasks.
- Walk and stand for the entire scheduled shift
- Able to work in hot or cold environments as necessary
- Ability to work in a team setting and to communicate appropriately with Managers, Supervisors, and fellow employees with Courtesy and Respect
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Fort Worth, TX plant to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
