Job Summary :
Provide non-medical support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Help with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning)
- Offer companionship and socialization
- Run errands and provide transportation
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide medication reminders
Qualifications :
- Compassionate and patient
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Ability to handle physical tasks
- Access to a smartphone and ability to navigate Home Care-specific apps
- Valid driver’s license and / or reliable transportation for every shift
Benefits :
- Competitive hourly rate : $16-$18 / hour (based on experience)
