As the Sr Advisor - Direct Response, Integrated Solutions and Optimization Team you will lead the efficient planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities include :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
Oversee the end-to-end process of direct mail production, ensuring high-quality materials are produced within budget and on schedule.
Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
Align direct mail production processes with St. Jude’s mission.
Performance Monitoring and Insights :
Monitor campaign progress and assess results against defined KPIs.
Pivot strategies where necessary based on key learnings.
Communicate insights to relevant teams and individuals.
Leadership and Communication :
Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Influence stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Essential Job Functions :
Develop and implement print production strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring materials are produced within budget and on schedule with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) with print procurement production service vendors.
Oversee inventory management and manage relationships with the supply chain for premium sourcing and procedures.
Lead end-to-end print production projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Ensure operational excellence in vendor management to uphold service-level agreements.
Manage print production budgets, monitor expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Stay abreast of print production technology and personalization trends, recommending innovative solutions.
Lead planning, monitoring, and execution of traffic workflows and mail delivery performance for direct response programs.
Produce enhanced reporting visuals to ensure goals are met and results are shared.
Establish and enforce quality control standards to maintain brand reputation.
Train, advise, and assist other team members to meet fundraising objectives.
Qualifications
Direct Marketing Experience :
Proven track record in direct response marketing.Familiarity with best practices and industry trends.
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to Detail :
Excellent attention to detail, especially in overseeing workflows and campaign support.
Communication Skills :
Ability to speak and write clearly for internal and external relations.Understand complex verbal or written instructions.
Experience and Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (6+ years).Non-profit experience or an advanced degree is a plus.
