A company is looking for a US Field Administration Specialist to support administrative needs in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-departmental partnerships to address administrative needs and evaluate operational standards
Create and maintain training resources and documentation for area offices
Foster alignment and information sharing to support area offices and participate in assigned projects
Qualifications & Education
High school degree required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
Proven training capability
Experience with Young Life systems and administration preferred
Familiarity with local area Young Life office preferred
