Job Description
Responsibilities :
Lead the development of data presentation solutions to deliver information to end-users accurately and efficiently.
Architect BI solutions using AWS tools and capabilities and maintain data assets.
Analyze, understand and document user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user story request for internal business customers.
Extract, transform and load data using data management tools.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions and provide recommendations to business leaders.
Contribute to and lead project teams that are developing or modifying highly complex data solutions.
Conduct and facilitate internal testing and user acceptance testing.
May construct data models, data dictionaries and report glossaries.
May conduct user interview and training sessions.
Mentor team members in BI tools and methods.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Seven years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or data management.
Strong understanding of BI concepts and tools.
Experience with AWS tools.
Experience in data modeling, data discovery and the application of data to resolve business problems.
Ability to work and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment
Problem-solving ability and a willingness to think outside-the-box .
Working Conditions
Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.

It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $105,000-$135,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
