- Coordinate third-party scheduling and vendor arrangements, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of tasks.
- Manage scheduling and coordination across multiple platforms of communication, including email, phone, and project management tools.
- Track inventory levels and monitor supply chain logistics to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and cohesion.
