Senior Site Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior SRE to join their team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the traffic proxy / API Gateway platform and manage CI / CD pipelines

Collaborate with teams to resolve production and test environment issues and participate in on-call support rotations

Proactively monitor service performance and contribute to new feature development and continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

Strong programming skills in Java or C++ with solid software engineering fundamentals

Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience with large-scale traffic processing

Familiarity with Nginx or similar proxy and load balancer technologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure or platform engineering
