Malone Solutions is URGENTLY hiring Machine Operators who are eager to join our team working with a new automotive supplier in Richmond Hill, GA.

Machine Operator Highlights :
- Competitive starting pay of $20.20 / hr with an additional shift premium when working 2nd / 3rd shift.

Machine Operator Responsibilities :
- Operating various production equipment and tooling
- Assembling products and parts in manufacturing processes
- Performing validation testing
- Meeting deadlines of individual production targets during shift
- Creating progress reports, defect reports, and incident reports as necessary
- Maintaining lineside stock levels
- Keeping the worksite clean
- Reviewing and following manufacturing manuals / processes
- Following the company's safety and quality guidelines
Machine Operator Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Recent job-related experience in automotive manufacturing or automated production line experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 25lbs consistently
- Good communication (written / verbal) and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary
- Flexibility in working hours including the ability to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
- Must meet Drug Test and Background Check requirements
Machine Operator Working Conditions :

- Extensive walking and standing on the production line
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Team-based working environment
- Required always to wear PPE correctly
