We have an immediate opening for an Operations Coordinator at our Commerce City, Colorado office.

Position is Full Time, eligible for Hybrid opportunity after in-office training"

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Assist Management in compiling memorandums and other documents, as needed.
• Responsible for arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
• Responsible for maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas
• Maintain various Excel tracking sheets for scheduling records
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Prepare correspondence, as necessary to ensure clarity in communications between project teams, clients, and other relevant departments.
• Perform additional administrative tasks when required

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years’ related experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and highly professional with a positive attitude
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to be effective and efficient
• Must be comfortable and effective working in an environment with changing demands, delays and responding to unexpected situations
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Smart sheets, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal / external)

Compensation : $22 to $26 / hour (DOE)
