Night Shift Team Leader (Industrial Cleaning)

Snelling Staffing San Antonio is hiring a Night Shift Team Leader for an industrial cleaning role in a manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role requires overseeing a team responsible for cleaning and maintaining work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

Pay / Schedule / Location / Benefits :

  • 4 Days, 40 Hours!
  • MON & TUES 6PM-4AM + SAT & SUN 6PM-6AM (Overnight)
  • Starting at $18.00 / hr
  • South San Antonio area
  • Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

Team Leader (Industrial Cleaning) Duties :

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in an industrial setting.
  • Perform and oversee general cleaning duties, including sweeping, wiping, scraping, and debris removal.
  • Train and assist team members to maintain cleanliness and efficiency standards.
  • Ensure team members follow safety protocols, including PPE usage and lockout / tagout procedures.
  • Very physical, non-production, non-assembly position in hot, humid environment

    • Team Leader (Industrial Cleaning) Requirements :

  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry, work tracking, and reporting
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Complete onboarding & orientation in our office
