Requirements : We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.

Responsibilities : We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in helping our customers.

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
• Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
• Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 15 AM 5 : 00 PM

Closed for lunch Daily from 12 : 30-1 : 30pm

Compensation : $15-$20 Hourly Wage plus Bonus / Commissions

As for Stephen, he is originally from Florida, and a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Advertising and double minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.

He is married to his beautiful wife Anna and Charlotte has been our home since 2015. They have a son named Owen and a Labradoodle named Harvey (who frequents the office and is a customer favorite!).

He enjoy sports, in particular college football and basketball, and spending time with family in his free time.
