Opportunity

As the PMR Lead, you will serve as the strategic anchor and operational driver of Kohler's Pricing Margin Realization (PMR) function. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of pricing experts across retail, wholesale, projects, while ensuring precise execution, pushing for continuous improvement, driving seamless coordination and delivery across all pricing levers and customer channels. With direct responsibility for enabling profitable growth, this role combines commercial acumen, analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on operational oversight.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that reports into senior commercial leadership and acts as the steward of the PMR way of working across the organization.

Specific Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end PMR strategy across all customer channels (Retail, Wholesale, Project / Deal-based)
• Act as the day-to-day leader of the PMR team, ensuring aligned ownership, clarity, and accountability across initiatives
• Translate business goals into pricing initiatives that balance margin improvement with commercial targets

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
