Job Title : RN Interventional Radiology
Location : Temecula, CA
Duration : 3 Months+
Schedule : 7.30 AM to 4 : 00 PM
Pay range : $70 / HR to $75 / HR ON W2
Duties :
- Assessing patient’s physical and psychosocial condition throughout the continuum of care.
- Providing care for patients’ pre, intra and post procedures for all vascular procedures, the radiology and cardiac population.
- Developing and communicating patient plan of care reflecting patient issues and proposed interventions to achieve desired patient outcome.
- Collaborating with patients, family, and healthcare team in implementing plan for patient care and daily scheduling and management of cases.
- Evaluating patient outcomes, effectiveness of plan of care and readiness for discharge and / or continuing care.
- Revising plan of care as needed and appropriately referring for additional services where indicated.
- Providing education as indicated after assessing the learning needs of the patient and family.
- Participating in and supporting performance improvement and risk management activities.
