What Youll Do

As a Community Support Specialist, youll work one-on-one with adults in their homes and local communities to support them in reaching personal goals. Youll play a key role in fostering independence, safety, and dignity for each person you serve.

Your responsibilities will include :

Promoting safety, respect, and the rights of individuals at all times
Providing structured, person-centered support at home and in the community
Observing and tracking progress to support the development of meaningful goals
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Collaborating with coworkers and participating in team meetings
Following all ACCS policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery

What Were Looking For

Required :

Valid PA drivers license

Reliable vehicle with current insurance, registration, and inspection

Ability to pass a Pennsylvania criminal background check (FBI fingerprinting required for out-of-state applicants)

Preferred :

Experience in human services, education, or a related field is a plus but not required

Schedule

Part-time : 15 hours per week

Primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours

Occasional weekend or on-call shifts may be required
