Join our team and play a crucial role in providing quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Assist clients with developing essential life skills, communication, socialization, and behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
