Job Description

PRN Option #5 Commitment : Unit-Based RN work - 96 hours every 4weeks ($60 / hr); including 4 / 12-hour weekend shifts / 4 weeks, two major holidays and two difficult to fill shifts a year.

Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements

  • An Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor of Science from a College of Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • BSN is required within 5 years from date of hire or transfer into a Clinical Nursing position.
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse licensure is required prior to beginning orientation.
  • At least 2 years of ED RN experience is required.
  • Professional Certification is highly encouraged.
  • If there is gap in applied nursing experience of 5 years or more, successful completion of a refresher course within the past 6 months is required.
