This full time, permanent Multiple Division Strategic Operations Manager opportunity is at a growing, commercial HVAC system designer, builder, and servicer located just northeast of Madison.

- Devising strategies
- Creating sales targets and budgets
- Designing and overseeing operations of the divisions
- Creating and improving processes and policies
- Confirming standards are met
- Ensuring operational goals and customer requirements are being met
The successful candidate must have a background that includes the following :
- Five or more years of construction operations management experience
- A Wisconsin Professional Engineer license or a Wisconsin Designer of Engineering Systems license is required
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
