Requirements :
- Master's degree in counseling or social work
- Maryland Board Certified Supervisor
- Proven experience in clinical supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular supervision sessions with counselors and social workers
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards
- Support and guide supervisees in their clinical practice
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance client care
