Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Craft Cocktail Bartender with a passion for mixology and a deep knowledge of current cocktail trends.
The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, both classic and contemporary, with precision and flair.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into our cocktail menu.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a focus on craft cocktails.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail ingredients.
- Familiarity with the latest cocktail trends and an ability to create innovative drink recipes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
