Priority1 is seeking a Vice-President of Digital Sales to provide executive-level leadership to the organization. The Vice President of Digital Sales will not only execute paid media strategies to drive qualified leads but also develop a sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization.
The Vice-President of Digital Sales will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the continued development and success of their team.
This leader should be highly competitive, goal and task-oriented, and have excellent organization and management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Drive new business growth and increase market share through digital media channels.
- Manage digital sales budgets and forecasting to control digital expenses.
- Strategically develop and review high-performing PPC campaigns to effectively capture a growing ROI.
- Provide leadership to cultivate and scale a high-performing team.
- Establish overall direction and strategic initiatives to achieve sales goals.
- Measure, inspect and deliver on KPIs ensuring delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Lead the sales team through coaching, mentoring and development of team members.
- Manage a full P&L for assigned division.
- Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership team.
- Build a high-energy and enthusiastic culture for the sales teams to thrive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 5+ years experience driving growth through paid media channels required.
- 3+ years Director level leadership required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive needed to work effectively with a rapidly growing company.
- Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the interpersonal skills needed in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.
- A truly hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a team environment, working well within one and is solution-driven.
