Global Head of People Data & AI at a glance

The Global Head of People Data & AI is a critical role designed to bridge the gap between sophisticated data analytics, artificial intelligence, and human resources to champion a data-driven culture within the organization.

This individual will lead initiatives to integrate AI and analytics into HR practices, enhancing decision-making processes, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

What's on the menu?

Strategic Leadership : Create and implement a comprehensive AI and data strategy for HR, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Data Analytics & Insights : Lead analysis and interpretation of people data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

AI Implementation : Own the integration of AI technologies into HR systems and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, and employee support services.

Collaboration & Influence : Work closely with HR leadership, Digital leadership, IT, and business units to promote the use of data and AI in driving HR excellence.

Advocate for data-driven culture change across the organization, demonstrating the value of analytics and AI in achieving business outcomes.

Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all AI and data analytics initiatives align with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Driving Awareness : Identify skill gaps and opportunities for upskilling within the HR team in the areas of data literacy and AI.

I have extensive experience in HR analytics, AI, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of leading successful data-driven projects in an HR context.

I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in underlying algorithmic approaches in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools.

I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers at all levels of the organization.

I have knowledge of HR processes and systems, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance employee experiences and organizational effectiveness.
