The Administrative Officer II (AO2) is a pivotal role supporting Radiologists and ensuring efficient communication and workflow management.
Responsibilities include managing phone calls, coordinating with technologists and facilitating Radiology reading room operations.
You will also prepare and analyze critical metrics in the entire imaging process. Our AO2 will develop and maintain the course curricula & training materials for their application and section.
It is expected that you are capable of facilitating and enhancing the working environment for the Radiology department by improving workflow to increase efficiency and productivity.
The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the Radiology department while providing vital support to Radiologists and staff.
Salary Range : $29.84 $47.76

Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Essential to Perform the Job :
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Ability to interact appropriately and congenially with staff, faculty, fellows, residents and patients.
Ability to establish comfortable relationships with patients and their family member.
- Ability to independently make decision in the absence of superiors.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, frequent interruptions, deadlines, emergencies and heavy workload.
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers, vocada, medicalis,, visage veriphy epic and QGenda systems.Demonstrated experience with work processing, spreadsheet and database programs, statistical programs including but not limited to : Microsoft Office suite-Word, Excel, Access.
- Skill in typing with accuracy and moderate speed.
- Ability to use mathematical skills to efficiently analyze various pertinent data related to workload and finance,
- Medical terminology to a level permitting accurate preparation of interacting with physicians, patients and staff.
