Job Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Office Manager with strong task management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be quick, responsible, and capable of handling various operational needs across stores and offices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Task Management & Coordination : Efficiently prioritize and handle tasks with a sense of urgency, ensuring swift completion of time-sensitive activities.
- Store Maintenance & Reporting : Oversee the condition of equipment at stores, perform minor repairs, and provide detailed maintenance reports.
- Marketing Materials : Receive, manage, and provide feedback on marketing materials. Handle urgent printing and transfer of materials between stores.
- Supplies & Budget Management : Manage office supplies and track budget expenses for office maintenance.
- Minimal Office Maintenance : Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing locks, mounting shelves, and using basic mechanical tools.
- Mail Management : Check mailboxes regularly, handle company mail, and distribute incoming mail to relevant departments.
- Operational Tasks : Address day-to-day operational needs such as contacting vendors, purchasing items, and solving operational issues quickly.
- Equipment Checks : Inspect equipment at stores and either perform necessary repairs or identify tools and resources required.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for managing and reporting data.
- Excellent task management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks .
- Strong communication and reporting skills .
- Proactive and capable of working with a sense of urgency.
- Good to have a car for commuting and task handling (not required, but preferred).
