We are looking to find a candidate for a financial advising position in Minneapolis, MN. We are seeking a recent college graduate or a more experienced individual in a position today who is not feeling fulfilled and looking to start in a profession designed around serving others and making an impact.

Additionally, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced financial advisor.

As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with one of our top field leaders who will become your mentor throughout your tenure.

In addition to a mentor who is an industry expert in their niche market, you will have access to training courses designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all required exams to become a fully registered Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
• Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
• Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and expectations
• Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects

Qualifications

• Fully Licensed / Registered (Series 7, 66, Life / Health) - NOT REQUIRED (We provide sponsorship for those needing to pass these exams)
• Superior customer service, math, relationship, and communication skills are preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred

Compensation

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
