A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Talent Management Systems.Key Responsibilities : Gather and document requirements and business processes from clientsSupport the design, development, testing, and launch of software products and custom applicationsCreate client-facing test documentation and test scriptsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role with enterprise software applicationsExperience in the design, development, and implementation of software applicationsAbility to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projectsKnowledge of Talent and HR-based software or custom software development projects is a plus
