Description
- Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs for Fieldglass solutions.
- Act as Administrator and / or Configuration Manager to provide Fieldglass configuration and operational support
- Support and direct offshore operations team with integration troubleshooting and data support maintenance and issue resolution
- Act as an escalation point for the team and coordinate with technology to resolve issues and defects. Serve as a business advisor on configurations and workflows
- Work closely with clients to create and modify workflow integrations between the VMS and client systems
- Investigate system issues and collaborate with system owners to resolve technical problems
- Responsible for Fieldglass roadmap to include business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology
- Individual will also support Global Sourcing transformation and adoption initiatives / programs as it relates to Fieldglass Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives
- Support Fieldglass Implementations which would require writing requirements, performing demos, Project Management, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation
- Recommend process improvements and implement changes
- Design, validate and work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper solutions are enabled
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Requirements :
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration, including custom fields, rules, and workflows
- Basic Knowledge of SAP integrations
- Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass modules, such as Vendor Management System (VMS), Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), and Statement of Work (SOW)
- Proven working experience in project management
- 3+ years program delivery or related experience
- Must be able to speak to the technology around the Fieldglass tool and understand Sourcing and Procurement process
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results
- Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
- Ability to develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Successful track record of leading or participating in implementation of Fieldglass rollouts (Minimum 1 full life cycle)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
- Sourcing & Procurement experience is a plus
