The main objective of our Academy Trainer position is to maintain the warehouse team responsibilities while multitasking to train and encourage new team members in their first two weeks as they get acclimated to their new role.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Selecting orders with accuracy and speed that align with our client goals.
  • Deploying your attention to detail that adds quality and confidence to consumers for their products.
  • Efficiently retrieving orders using our technology and barcode scanners according to quantity, and product accuracy.
  • Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
  • Packaging parcels in order to provide a pristine unboxing experience.
  • Responsible for helping to train 10-20 new team members at a time.
  • Ability to identify mistakes new team members are making quickly and help them to correct those mistakes.
  • Train new team members on metrics.
  • Keep a pulse on new team member metrics, and if there is a concern, take those concerns to team leads or training managers.
  • Identify problem areas with new team members.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for cultivating new clients through answering and filtering inbound calls / emails / webforms.

The BDRs primary responsibility is being the initial point of contact for new prospects where they will discuss the potential clients logistics and fulfillment needs, determine if the clients needs fall within the parameters of RSFs capabilities, then set next-stage appointments for pre-qualified leads to continue the discussion with Sales Executives.

In addition, the BDR will work with the rest of the RSF Business Development and Marketing teams to help identify and develop sales and marketing strategies that support new sales opportunities.

This is a business-to-business inbound sales position with target customers being owners, CEO / COOs, and / or operations managers of small to mid-size organizations and commercial businesses that could use third-party order fulfillment services.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Engage and pre-qualify inbound leads.
  • Quickly respond to inbound lead opportunities and discern client fit.
  • Act as a resource and guide for prospective clients who do not fall into the RSF-client fit by directing them to another provider who might have a solution.
  • Quickly and efficiently communicate with prospective companies to uncover prospects needs.
  • Convert and schedule pre-qualified leads into next-step conversations with Sales Executives to ensure we move prospects through the sales funnel as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Input and track all interactions and progress through our HubSpot CRM
  • Help develop and manage lead-generation initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of email marketing templates (lead-generation drip campaigns).
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Client Support teams.
  • Assist in the development of referral relationships.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • College degree preferred.
  • 1 year sales experience preferred.
  • Skilled in asking probing questions
  • Ability to process complex information quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
