Description :
- The Specimen processor will receive samples, open boxes, organize workspace.
- The Specimen Processor will enter all patient demographic and testing information into LIS system, label all samples for testing, and run automated aliquoting equipment.
- Specimen processors will check samples and requisition forms for adequacy and flag any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform Sample Prep
- Patient data entry into LIS system
- Running automated equipment and incubators
- Accurate labeling of patient samples
- Following daily decontamination protocol
- Handling problem resolution upon receipt of information from the Customer Care team
- Organizing and restocking of all lab supplies

- High School diploma
