Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist shelter clients for intake, drug and alcohol testing, medication monitoring
- Assist shelter clients in processing their possessions and intake paperwork
- Answer phones and take messages
- Check in shelter clients through the database, Wellsky and complete Sex Offender checks
- Work closely with the Case Workers, Intake Coordinators, Business Administrator and Corps Officers to maintain and update a calendar of shelter related activities
- Prepare requisitions and make appointments for office supplies
- Assist with the composition of statistic reports, Gift n Kind reports
- Provide assistance planning and implementation for special events, fundraisers and community projects
- Perform other administrative assignments / duties as directed.

Education
Required
High School or Equivalent or better.
Experience

Experience working with Windows Operating Systems including word, access, powerpoint and excel.
