The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales enablement initiatives to improve the performance and effectiveness of our global sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, learning curriculum development, and multimedia learning.
Some of the key focuses will be around deal qualification, discovery, value realization and executive presentation skills.
Key Focus Areas
Sales On-boarding Program :
You will work closely with Global Sales Leadership to design, build and execute on-going enablement programs for the Global Sales Team.
These programs will include weekly coaching sessions, on-boarding programs, and continuing education and certification for tenured members of the team.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Sales On-boarding program to ensure new hires are quickly and effectively integrated into the sales team.
- Establish KPIs and regular analysis / reporting for the progress of new hires highlighting trends.
- Effectively design content to increase adoption and retention of knowledge.
- Provide training on Salesforce (SFDC) usage, including best practices and data management.
- Deliver training on the company's chosen Sales Methodology to enhance the selling skills of the sales team.
Product Rollout Education
Educate the sales team on new product releases, updates, and features to ensure they are well-informed and can effectively communicate these changes to customers.
Role Plays And Skill Enhancement
- Create role-playing exercises to help sales representatives practice and improve their pitch, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Develop and implement sales training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Certification Program
Establish a certification program across the organization to recognize and reward sales team members who have demonstrated proficiency and excellence in their roles.
Learning Curriculum Development
- Develop and maintain a strong learning curriculum that aligns with the company's sales strategies and objectives in alignment with our Education Services platform usage.
- Continuously update and improve training materials and content.
Multimedia Learning
- Utilize multimedia learning techniques to create videos, interactive presentations, and other engaging content to facilitate sales training and onboarding.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce effective multimedia learning materials.
Other
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including but not limited to training content creation, scheduling, and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
- Partner with the Sales Operations team on sales playbook development.
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage.
- Support the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win / loss.
- Support frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development.
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and B2B solutions.
- Proven experience in sales enablement or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and other sales enablement tools.
- Familiarity with various Sales Methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling, Sandler).
- Exceptional instructional design and content development skills.
- Proficiency in multimedia learning tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
