Angel of God Resource Center, Inc. seeks a fiscal manager to maintain financial integrity and ensure efficient fiscal systems and records compliance.
The successful candidate will be tech savvy, proficient in on-line Quick Books general ledger input and balancing, skilled in applied mathematics, and capable of adapting to new situations when needed.
A keen eye for detail, and a strong grasp in familiarity of finance and accounting principles is needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Adherence to financial plans
General ledger balancing
Accounting and financial reporting & reconciliations compliance
Fiscal compliance with contractual and funder requirements.
Coordination of annual audit with CPA firms
Bookkeeping function applications
Ensure maintenance of individual files for every vendor or subcontractor invoices and vendor.
Close financial activity and preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Supervision and performance appraisal of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable staff
Collaborate with Executive Officer, Director of Fiscal Services, and auditors to ensure programs compliance and GAAP.
Bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Provides general oversight of subcontract agencies to ensure fiscal compliance with contractual and funder requirements.
May participate in processing bi-weekly payroll transactions via ADP system and monitoring salary expenditures.
Revenue collection
Participate in ensuring that an organization operates within its budget. They oversee all financial and accounting functions for an organization, including
Oversee reimbursement activities
Tax preparation
Responsible for the timely preparation and compliance disbursement of 1099 and 1099-NEC tax forms
Management level business leadership communication
Must adhere to the company Financial Management Plan
Qualifications :
Minimum bachelors degree in business administration, or mathematical science.
Proficiency in on-line Quick Books applications. Quick Books on-line training certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years prior fiscal practices management, including General Ledger and 1099 and 1099-NEC subcontractor tax preparation
Familiarity with financial reporting
