DexCare is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts for our high-growth healthcare SaaS business.

This role is critical in driving our pipeline growth through the development and execution of comprehensive and creative marketing strategies that engage and convert targeted accounts and buying groups into opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), elongated sales cycles, and multi-channel marketing.

You will oversee a team and ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with the latest best practices in B2B marketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving growth for a VC-backed, Series C company that is on its next growth path, demonstrating the ability to scale marketing efforts and contribute to significant revenue milestones.

This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Role is based out of our Seattle HQ (Eastlake area) 2 days / week.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement effective and creative demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, across digital and events.
  • Design and execute ABM campaigns that effectively target, engage and convert specific accounts and buying groups.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to drive lead generation and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with your marketing peers, sales, CX and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation activities, using data to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and ensure their implementation in our marketing efforts.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation for SaaS businesses.
  • Minimum two+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Hands-on style with a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies.
  • Extensive experience with elongated sales cycles and complex buying processes.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Experience with account segmentation and persona-based marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a marketing team of two individuals.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Salesforce, Hubspot and Demandbase a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including executive comms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

$164,000 - $200,000 a yearThe salary range for this role is from $164,000-200,000 + Equity.DexCare offers an outstanding benefits package, including : -Eligible for Annual Bonus-Healthcare benefits, short / long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401k-Paid Parental Leave-Eight paid holidays & Unlimited PTO-Hybrid and remote working arrangementsPlease note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.

S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location.
