The Kelly Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Lafayette, Indiana , location. Candidates should be strong at multitasking, display a knack for troubleshooting and have a good understanding of the various types of tools used in construction operations.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties :
- Process incoming deliveries of materials to be used in the field and in fabrication facilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and load them onto delivery trucks
- Maintain and track an inventory of tools, equipment and parts
- Perform repairs and regular maintenance to small tools and other construction equipment
- Use basic computer programs and learn tool-tracking applications
