IT Service Delivery Specialist
General Summary & Scope
- Address ITSM support issues and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Recommend strategies for maximizing system usability.
- Oversee process improvements within all ITSM functions.
- Keep comprehensive documentation, logs, and work instructions up to date.
- Design dashboards and analyze data for service level commitments.
- Work with stakeholders to identify automation and business value opportunities.
- Track SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and related reports for ITSM processes.
- Promote service management processes aligned with ITIL guidelines.
- Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
- Produce reports on IT metrics and collaborate with various teams to derive insights.
