Day to day as a Projects Supervisor

As a Full-Time Projects Supervisor at Mennonite Village, you will be at the helm of transformative initiatives, supervising and leading a dedicated team through every stage of diverse projects.

Your role will involve hiring and training staff, assessing performance, and guiding them to excellence. You'll assist in drafting contracts and scope documents while expertly planning and executing campus refurbishments and remodeling projects.

Juggling multiple projects, you'll ensure they remain on schedule, within budget, and uphold our high-quality standards. By collaborating with subcontractors and vendors, you'll develop project timelines, resource allocations, and preliminary budgets, adapting them as necessary.

Your insights will be crucial in advising on building modifications and their costs, all while managing design-right-sizing and value engineering to keep projects financially sound.
